  • Delivery costs for Switzerland are CHF 9.95 with free delivery for purchases over CHF 100 for simply shipping and over CHF 110 for express shipping. For all international orders, delivery costs are free over CHF 140 and for express international orders are free over CHF 200. 
  • For all international orders, customs fees are at your expense.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on destination and product availability.
  • Estimated delivery times will be indicated during the ordering process.
  • Please note that delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather conditions, strikes or logistical issues.

Regarding order tracking :

  • You will be able to track your order in real time using the tracking number received from us by email or on the website directly from the carrier.

Regarding the delivery address :

  • It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address.
  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
